You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, gift cards, and custom-made products.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@supremewares.com.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
